eHotBid's Super Seller Program is designed to drive sales higher for all the performing sellers at eHotBid. As a Super Seller, you get to enjoy top-level benefits and privileges on eHotBid. These benefits help you get more buyers and achieve higher sales figures.

Please note that eHotBid charges no fees for joining the Super Seller program. A seller becomes a Super Sell as soon he meets all the requirements.

Requirements of a Super Seller

Sellers automatically become Super Sellers if they meet the requirements mentioned below.

• More than 100 Total Positive Feedback.
• The seller regularly maintains listings on eHotBid.

Our system checks on a daily basis for the above requirements for all sellers. If the percentage of positive feedback as a seller drops below 85% or if the seller has not been listing items regularly, the Super Seller status is lost immediately.

The Super Seller icon distinguishes a Super Seller from all other sellers on eHotBid. This icon is displayed on all the listings pages on the site - adjacent to the eHotBid ID and next to the Item Title as well. The icon thus sets apart your items from the thousands of other listings.

Priority Seller Support

We give first priority to support our Super Sellers.

Seller Service Levels

As a seller you have to ensure the following in order to meet our Service Levels -

• The user needs to maintain 90% of Total Positive Ratings to be super seller & he loses once he drops 85% Total Positive Ratings. Also he gets suspended further if he drops 75% Total Positive Ratings.
• Criteria to get back what is lost:
  Auto -reactivation of any seller happens only when the seller has total Positive rating 80% & 10 Positive rating received in the recent month.
  Auto-Super Seller Status: Seller need to have total Positive rating 90% & 10 Positive rating received in the recent month.
