  Proof of delivering cash by the courier company to the address of the seller as specified on the eHotBid.com site.

In case of Paypal Payments:

Buyer Protection processing may be denied or delayed without required information.

Kindly note that all the above documents are required for the processing of your complaint. Send your Buyer protection documents within 45 days of lodging the problem.
